Power Pages and Azure AD B2C Login button goes to Sign in Failed

I've followed all the videos and help guides but I can't find anything on the following:

When you first go to press the Sign in button for my site, it always sends an incorrect link that leads to "Sign in Failed".

But when you go back the second time it send you to the correct page:

When I run the Signin Flow I get the following which appears to work directly in any browser but not the first time from the button. Is it trying to Login in automatically? Why does it always go to the Sign in Failed First?

Any help would be appreciated.

One thing to check is the site settings. I've seen a lot of cases where you end up with duplicate site settings related to ADB2C and get unusual behavior like this.
I suppose it could also have to do with how your token is set up.
