Hi everyone
After downloading the session data in a csv file is there a way to separate the sessions in the ChatTranscript column into single User says/Bot says interactions.
So that each user query and bot response appear on a separate line. This would make it much easier to analyse what content is working or not. I've worked with other platforms that do this automatically but PVA doesn't seem to have an easy way to do this.
