Dynamics 365 Portals - Upgrade version 9.3.4.x GA Wave 1 release

Hi Team,

As per Microsoft 365 Admin Centre we're getting the message that Power Apps/Dynamics 365 Portal version 9.3.4.x GA Wave 1 release is 9th May.

But in our environment that version is not available, last installed version available is 9.2.2102 (which I believe released back in October 2020). Can anyone suggest how to Upgrade to 9.3.x? From Power Platform Admin Centre - Environment - Portals - Upgrade Now link is also not available.
