ReportI am creating a custom form and I am able to fill it out and submit it to the list. But when I select the title on the list it pulls up a blank form. All the information that was selected is gone and only on the list. How do I make the form so it is able to be viewed after being submitted with what was originally inputted. Also, I will need the form to be edited by different people with losing all the information on it.
