I am creating a custom form and I am able to fill it out and submit it to the list. But when I select the title on the list it pulls up a blank form. All the information that was selected is gone and only on the list. How do I make the form so it is able to be viewed after being submitted with what was originally inputted. Also, I will need the form to be edited by different people with losing all the information on it.

Could you please tell me that if you use the custom form integrated with PowerApps?
If you select the Form Options as below, which is using a custom form created in Power Apps, then it will display nothing if someone has deleted the whole custom form in Power Apps.
To solve this, issue, you just need to select the "Use the default SharePoint form" from the Form Options.
