Basic User Role cannot see new Model Driven App

I have created a new model driven app. I have assigned the Basic User Role to the app. I have shared the app and assigned the Basic User Role to a test user. However, that test user cannot see the app.

I subsequently added the App Opener Role to the app and also assigned it to the test user. Still cannot see the app.

I appreciate any insight you can provide.

Have you ensured the user is appropriately licensed and added as a user in the environment?

Hi @tcoalson

If you are using the developer plan and the user does not have a premium license, they will not be able to see the application.

This license does not work for roles other than administrator, you must verify this point, if you have already performed the previous steps of sharing the app and assigning the security role to the APP.

Verify that you have assigned the role to the app
