When opening PowerApps studio with a browser InPrivate (or incognito) I have to re-authenticate but the authentication process starts looping and failing with a "Disconnect" issue. This occurs in Edge also.

This is more of a confirmation than a solution, but mine goes into a continuous loop in Studio, app plays OK. Works OK in normal mode.
Works fine in Chrome in both normal and Incognito modes.
I made a test on my IE and Edge browsers, but don't have the issue you mentioned. Both browsers can log in to PowerApps in private mode properly.

Could you please try to update the browser to the latest version and clear up all browser caches?
As an alternative workaround, please consider changing to use the Chrome or Firefox browser.
If all browsers have the same issue, please consider if it is a firewall issue.

I upgraded Edge and all is fine. I'll not worry about the other browsers unless I really ... really... really need to develop my apps there.
