Hi Team,

I have created a copilot chat bot using sharpoint folder as knowledge source when I ask list down name of all the file or any category of file from folder I am not getting proper response. do we have any fix for this?

Hi AK-18121400-0,

Copilot Agent will not be able to provide output for the above question. It can only provide the response based on information available within the files and cannot aggregate and provide the list of all files.

I would also recommend the same to go with custom Actions or power automate flow to get the response as we need.

Hi,

The agent won't return this information using Generative Answers. In case you want that, you would need to create a custom topic and a Power Automate flow to get that list of files in a folder.
