I am using the help desk App to submit IT tickets at our work. I have just set this up recently and had some users submit Test tickets.
The tickets are input into the App fine, and when I log into it as an Admin I can not update the Ticket. It allows me to click and Edit to see the ticket, input new data and the Update button changes from Grey to Red; upon clicking it nothing happens.
Any clue where I am missing a link?

Do you mean you can log as Admin, so you have already add your email into the admin list, right?
Then you edit and change the ticket and then update the data not changed?
Could you please check your update.OnSelect as next?
