I am using the help desk App to submit IT tickets at our work. I have just set this up recently and had some users submit Test tickets.
The tickets are input into the App fine, and when I log into it as an Admin I can not update the Ticket. It allows me to click and Edit to see the ticket, input new data and the Update button changes from Grey to Red; upon clicking it nothing happens.
Any clue where I am missing a link?
