Power Apps form not saving suddenly on a SP list

Please advise how can i rectify this recent issue with our Power Apps form on the SP list.

The save feature has stopped working. Usually, the grey dialogue box of the Power Apps form collapses upon hitting Save.

Now- nothing happens- i see a blue colored message sometimes "Skip to Main content"

    Can you determine if the data is actually being submitted to the list?

    Also, make sure you have a RequestHide() function in your OnSuccess formula of the form.

    I checked that- it shows

    I did not make any changes to the formulas in Power Apps, was just making aesthetic changes- so it is not Power Apps issue.

    I confirmed it by restoring almost last 7 versions and publishing them- and neither worked.

     

    Later, i checked validation settings in the SP list- and i found a full stop (.) entered by mistake there- and i removed it. Since- then the form submission is working fine. It seems like it was this validation settings issue in SP List.
