Model Driven App is opening in a new Edge Session

Hi,

As of the last day when I launch my model-driven app from within PowerApps by selecting"Play"; a new Microsoft Edge session is launched and frustratingly with a different user profile signed in. I haven't changed any application options and the only thing that I think might have caused this behaviour is that I tested a new user in PowerApps yesterday and this is the User profile associated with the new Edge window that opens up.

Hi Muhammad,
Thank you so much for taking the time to post this helpful reply. I will read it carefully and then apply your advice. Since I posted the question, I also realised that the problem is linked to Edge rather than PowerApps, because I when I went to download an application update, a new browser session was also initiated for the download.

Hi,
Okay, so this issue was related to Edge profiles as suggested by Muhammed above. I hadn't realised but there is a feature within Edge to assign certain websites to certain profiles (see picture).

I deleted the PowerApps website from the list above and everything is back to normal.
