My boss was told that PowerApps can call stored procedures and that this may be an option to connect to DB2 on the IBM i.
First, I understand that an On-Premises Gateway is required. My understanding is that in order to create a custom connector you must use the DB2 connector to connect to the IBM i. From what I can see the DB2 connector does not not provide a way to execute sql statements nor call stored procedures at this time.
Does anyone know if I'm missing something and there are people out there that have successfully either run sql statements or called stored procedures on the IBM i?
Thanks,

Power Automate can call stored procedures on a SQL server, but Power Apps cannot. The DB2 connector doesn't support stored procedures on either Power Apps or Power Automate. Here's a link to the specific documentation.
