Previously our AI topic recognition would work fine but now everytime we send a message that should trigger a topic it does not work regardless of at what point in the flow it is messaged.
The generative AI agents setting is set to generate preview and the question is skipping is set to be enabled. What I do notice is that in the the interruptions setting (which is enabled) that it does not show all topics (which have generated AI (preview)) as trigger. Could someone please suggest actions to take and ideally reach out. Is breaking the entire app.
