I'm fairly new to power virtual agents and can't seem to find info on the following two topics:
1. Is there a way to change the appearance of a link in the chat? (eg. a better display than just the link in text)?
2. Creating keywords so that when a user types a keyword they are directed straight to the relevant info, doesn't matter where they are in the conversation.
I'm mostly working in the authoring canvas.

and for the second the keywords could be added in topics, so if you user types that then your bot is going to recognize the topic.
