Hi there,
I have a data table which acts as a tracker for the progress of projects/reports.
the columns are a number of yes no questions. I would like if yes to be green and if no to be red and hopefully this would make a side-by-side comparison easier to follow.
Is this possible with data tables?

No, this is not possible. Data tables don't have many options for formatting/customization. Suggest you use a gallery to present your data instead of a data table.
