    Hi

Appreciate so much of the quick fix and very glad of this.

BTW, this is definitely working for GMAIL.

I have tested Outlook, Live and Work Mail BUT though flow showed "sent out" but after checking

with the Success & Failure message, it showed that REST API are not supporting.

    May you clearify this?

I'm assuming by testing Outlook, Live and work mail you mean sending a mail to different accounts? If that is the case, please check if the message is not in the spam folder.

Could you post a picture of where you are getting the "REST API are not supporting" message?

    Thanks

    Hi,

There seems to be a confusing about the different ways to send mail.

This thread is about the "default send mail connector". This conector allows you to specify your recipient, subject and text and it will use default Microsoft account as the sender.

The problem you are reporting is about the "Outlook connector". In this connector you need to specify your credentials to log in and send the email from your account.

However, I can provide an answer to the problem you are seeing: The error indicates you are using an old account that doesn't support REST API. Microsoft is in the process of upgrading all account, so it should work in a the future when the upgrade process completes. In the meantime, you can create a new account in outlook and it should work.

    Thanks,

    Rodrigo

    Hi

How "Old" is your old of my account? I mean which years when it was created?

Anyway, though that will really aa nuisance at the moment (it is impossible to request others to create new email acc), I will wait for your update on when ALL the Account will be supported in future.

I will create a TEMPORARY NEW ACC to test it out.

BTW, the email sent to gmail has no problem and great.

However, the sender is always refer to as:

    Microsoft PowerApps and Flow.

    Is there anyway to Change?

    TQ

    Sorry for the late response.

Regarding how 'old' is the account, I'm not sure. But all accounts should be upgraded (I can't give you an estimated time-frame since I don't know the details).

    About the sender issue:

    - If you use "Send Mail" connector, the sender will always be Microsoft PowerApps and Flow

    - If you use "Outlook" connector, the sender will be the account you want.

The "Send Mail" connector will only ask for the recipient address. That is why you cannot change the sender.

The "Outlook" connector will ask you for your credentials when creating the connection. The credentials you provide will be used to send the mail.

    Hope this helps,

    Rodrigo
