Hello all,
i am in the process of building a Copilot Studio bot (Power Platform env. in Canada region). the copilot is configured with a custom topic which uses Generative Answers activity . the activity is configured to point to SharePoint Online site (Authentication configured and working).
Content moderation is configured as "Medium".
whenever i ask questions, i got answers around 40-50 % of the time, when reviewing the analytics of the copilot, i see that majority of the issues are related to "Filtered by high content moderation".
what could be the reason for that error? is there any suggestions to enhance the response rate, i tried changing the moderation to "Low" but didn't have any improvements.
Appreciate your help.
I have the same issue. Content filtering is set to Low but logs show they are filtered out due to High Content Moderation

@HenryJammes any feedback on the case above, i also tried changing the content moderation to low, but still getting "Filtered by High Content Moderation" (i tried using snapshot feature in the chat test area). Thanks.
