In anticipation of the end of the grandfathering of premium licenses in less than two weeks I need to get my users licensed with premium licenses. I want to figure out how many need a license. I found the report available on https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/analytics/powerapps that shows the counts but not the specifics. Is there a way to get a list of those users?
A sure way to find the user details of those using the app can be found in the Power Platform Admin View app that is included in the Power Platform CoE started kit under Usage (Use core components - Power Platform | Microsoft Learn):
However, if you don't have this kit installed in your tenant, here are some other options:
1. Simply ask the users the app is shared with.
2. Build some kind of logging in your the App.Onstart property that logs the user data (be wary of data privacy though).
