If I have plently of users asking a particular question in slightly different ways, will the PVA learn and automatically improve it self? Is there any active learning when users are interacting with the bot? Thanks!

Does this mean that the bot can change the respons from what I have entered? Or that It will find the correct topic easier?
It's regarding finding better which topic the user wants because many times the user sends a wrong message or trigger phrases.
