Hi Team,
I am not able to see the suggested topics tab, as I wanted to do the web scrapping for creating auto generated topics :
For this I am going through this link : https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-virtual-agents/advanced-create-topics-from-web.
I supposed to see this
But didn't able to see the suggested stuff instead getting without suggest topics tab
Thanks for the tip. If you choose to create the bot in a US environment, does that introduce other limitations, such as restricting the possible base language for the bot or other constraints?
@mboninco Another problem is that it is impossible to create each and every topic based on each months holidays. Is it possible to automate the thing rather than manually creating each and every topic at every single time.
I have so many documents and holiday list and leave policies of my school and I want to create a chat bot based on this. The objective/goal is : If anyone ask anything related to those document, the bot will answer it correctly.
Is it possible to create using Power Virtual Agent.
Thanks in advance :). I am eagerly waiting for your response.
@subrata_bc You will want to use shorter trigger phrases. Try breaking up the phrase into separate phrases.
For example
Buy a home
How much can I borrow?

HI @HenryJammes one thing I need to ask from you guys.
I am creating a bot for business purpose using Power Virtual Agent. At the very beginning of the 'Topic Creation' I am using long phrases. The phrases at the beginning of the topic is so long that it is not appearing properly. What to do? 😣
Like I am sharing one of my phrases in below :
'I am looking to buy a home and want to find out how much I can borrow'.
The whole sentence is not appearing in the phrase part. Only it is appearing up to 'I am looking to buy a home and want to find out' this part. 😭
What to do? 🙂
Please help me to figure this out.
That's correct @tomdebusscher, the feature isn't available in the unified authoring version of PVA.
Generative answers will cover more regions and languages in the future.
The boosting conversations is currently only available in English. So there is no way to use the suggest topics button then?
As per above changes with creating Environment we are able to do the stuff, I think we need to update the document in that way to avoid this kind of situations for a new learner.
Things is default environment doesn't having this features, explicitly I have created one environment and as per the doc in USA only.
after that I am able to see the copilot and gpt stuff.
Thanks for your pointers
@subrata_bc The boost conversational coverage feature allows the bot to respond using information from the source you specify, without having to create individual topics. For this, you do not need to do anything once you have enabled the feature.
For those topics that you wish to customize the experience, the copilot feature helps you to build the topic more easily than before.
If you didn't enable the boost conversational coverage feature when you created your bot, you can do so by going to the AI capabilities page under settings in the Power Virtual Agents app.
Note that these features are currently only supported in the US region and for English during the
