Is there a way to modify the CSAT question so that it appears, for example, 30 minutes after the session ends? Currently, it shows up every time a question is answered correctly, which is frustrating when there are multiple questions. Do you have any solutions to collect CSAT without overwhelming the user with excessive surveys?"
