Hi,

Can we change the owner of Chabot which is built inside MS teams power virtual agent?

If yes, please share the steps to achieve the same.

Is there still not a way to transfer ownership? I am more than mildly skeeved out that I can't seem to change hands of a bot two years later, since copilots are becoming a popular thing. Currently offboarding myself and while I've added another "manager" it really bothers me that I have no idea if the bot will break when I leave, and that there's no MS Learn documentation on how to transfer ownership of a bot as far as I can tell.

If Microsoft is promoting copilots via Copilot studio, this is absolutely a thing that is going to raise a ruckus pretty soon. 🙃

@Expiscornovus  The problem is that the activity emails, for example to delete or maintain unused flows, is the owner the only one who can make the decision to maintain them or not.

    Hi @vishakhakolhe,

As far as I am aware the person creating the bot which show up as the owner. I don't see any option in the interface to update that value.

May I ask why you want to change the owner? Other Team owners of the related team should also have access to manage the same bot:

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-virtual-agents/teams/admin-share-bots-teams#share-bots-to-collaborate-with-others

Team Owners can create, view, edit, and configure all bots in the team where they are Team Owners.

So, it might be sufficient to simply add somebody as owner to the related Microsoft Team.
