SharePoint list will only open oldest item in power apps

Strange situation.

I have a SharePoint integrated PowerApp with a small test list. When I click to edit any entries in the list it will only open the oldest file. It successfully opens everything including the attachment (if that entry has one). If I delete the last entry, it will only open to the new, oldest entry.  In the picture, I am trying to open item 289. It will only open 288, regardless of what other item i am trying to open. If I delete 288, it will then open only item 289.

Any ideas?

background on the app: The app was imported from a list on the same SharePoint site.  The JSON file was edited to the new list(ID and url). Once connected to the new list, a new connection was made and a find a supervised find and replace of the old connection was done. I have verified the connections a few times. Unfortunately, when creating the new list: i could not create a template and "copy with content" due to the size of the donor list

    Hi @EricD ,

    What is the Item property of the integrated Form ?

    so this is the current entry and as you eluded to may be part of the issue... ('Form Archive' is the list name
    "
    If(IsBlank(SharePointIntegration.Selected) || false,First([@'Form Archive']),SharePointIntegration.Selected)

    "

    alternatively, I tried using just "SharePointIntegration.Selected". It does not give an error, but no data is displayed.

    What are you using to select records, is there a gallery in the app or some other method?

    Hi @EricD ,

    Your problem is entirely there - you need

    If(
     IsBlank(SharePointIntegration.SelectedListItemID),
     First([@'Form Archive']),
     SharePointIntegration.Selected
    )

    or a bit more specific

    With(
     {_ID: SharePointIntegration.SelectedListItemID},
     If(
     _ID > 1,
     LookUp(
     'Form Archive',
     ID = _ID
     ),
     First('Form Archive')
     )
    )

    IT was a power app integrated SharePoint list. So, to select it I would go to the SharePoint list, chose the item and then hit edit 🙂

    The

    With(
     {_ID: SharePointIntegration.SelectedListItemID},
     If(
     _ID > 1,
     LookUp(
     'Form Archive',
     ID = _ID
     ),
     First('Form Archive')
     )
    )

     statement worked perfectly. thank you so much.
