How to change regional format in a Model-driven App?

I can't find any way to change the regional format. Even changing it in the legacy Dynamics365/Power Apps settings did nothing.

    @inaya Your personal options should be respected in a Model Driven App as long as you're logged in as the same user for whom the settings the have been applied. I would suggest clearing your browser's cache/history, logging out and logging back in again and/or trying in an incognito/private browser session
