Bot insists on question topics

Hi!

When the bot is asked certain questions, it responds with several options. But if another question is asked, he answers and then goes back to insisting on the options of the previus question.

Is there any way to make him "abandon" the previous question?

Hi @adrihentges,

Just to double check. Do those two questions (trigger phrases) both point to the same topic?

Can you share a bit more information about your setup in the authoring canvas of those topic(s), maybe a couple of screenshots?

No, the questions don´t point to the same topic. And this happen with more topics, not just the ones in the image.
It´s like in the image, if asked, for example, about Onedrive, the bot anwser with some options, and if I don´t want any of these options and ask for another topic (in the image is Hello) it brings the answer to Hello and returns for the options about onedrive.

(I´m using Power Virtual Agensts in Teams)

No, the question don´t point to the same topic. And this happens with more topics, not just the ones in the image.
If asked, for example, about Onedrive, the bot answer with some options but if I don´t want any of these options and ask another question (in the image is "answer message") it answer the question of how answer the message and brings back the onedrive options.

Hi @adrihentges,

As far as I am aware it will keep waiting for that response (clicking a option button) and it is not possible to abandon that multiple choice options question.

Maybe as a workaround you could include an option 'none of the above' and use that as an escalation path in your setup?
