Generating a Unique ID based on values in related columns

Hello everyone. I would like to ask your help with the below:

How to create a column in a data verse table that generates a unique id by combining different values from other columns in a table (extracting certain letters from each column), adding an increment of 1 to the generated id for each new record.

Thanks dear, very helpful, but when I created the calculated column I didn't find a formula editor. can you please guide me through it as I am new to this.

The following screenshots show how to make a calculated column, once you have created as calculated and pressed save you can then go back into the column and then edit the formula.
