Copilot is not responding well

I'm having trouble with my chatbot test.

I have not adjusted my topics recently. When i want to test, the 'conversation start' topic keeps repeating itself even after i type or click the answer.

Should i be resetting something at the settings?

It seems like you're experiencing an issue where the chatbot is stuck like a loop and continuously triggering the 'conversation start' topic even after you provide an answer.

If the trigger phrases or keywords in the 'conversation start' topic are too broad or similar to other topics, the system might continuously match the user's input with the conversation start trigger.

Sometimes, if a response or action isn't properly set after the initial conversation start, the bot may go back to the default fallback or restart the initial topic.

If the user input (such as "Coffee") doesn't map correctly to another topic, the bot may not understand how to progress and default to restarting the initial conversation.

Hi. Thank you for the replies. So, i left the copilot be for 2-3 days instead of testing continously.

After double checking and re-aligning the topics/actions required, it went back to normal. Thank you again!
