Dear all seniors,

When i am building my first copilot, I uploaded a document at Generative AI tabs for content moderation.

However when i am testing out the chatbot i received below error message and was unable to find any setting to enable it in my environment. I have searched through the documentation and unable to solve.

Please help. Tq

Hi @khacwee90

You are seeing this message because Generative AI features in your environment region require to first approve making cross-region calls to Azure OpenAI capacity that’s outside of your environment region. You need to opt-in for this, as the environment level.

Dear all,

I have enabled the cross-country calls outside of the US in my environment, to use GenAI capabilities in copilot as mentioned in https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-copilot-studio/manage-data-movement-outside-us

I also have the latest updates installed.

I still get the error that Generative AI features are not available in my environment.
Can anyone please help ?

Same issue here, both with environments in USA and Australia.

The option to Move Data Across Regions outlined here: is not available https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/geographical-availability-copilot
