Please sign in again - Model-driven app studio

An issue that I've suddenly started getting this last week. Every time I navigate screens in the model app studio, I get this pop up. Clicking sign in will remove the text from the box entirely and then ask me to confirm (which does nothing) or cancel, showing me my screen that I'm trying to navigate to.
 
 
If I close and reopen the page, I get this popup: 
 
After clicking sign in:
 
Popups for this site are allowed and I have no popup blocker chrome extensions either. Clicking close does nothing and clicking cancel multiple times eventually takes me to the screen.

    The "Sign in to continue" pop-up issue in Power Apps Model App Studio, which started occurring recently, is likely due to an expired authentication token. When you click "Sign in," the pop-up fails to prompt for credentials because of a glitch in the designer, preventing proper re-authentication. To resolve this, clear your browser's cookies, close the browser, and reopen it to log in again via the Power Apps maker portal.     I am running into this same problem. It is maddening. I have followed the recommendations, and even tried different browsers. Nothing will make that error go away.
     
    It only affects one of my forms.
     
    EDIT: It's definitely related to embedded canvas apps.
     
    When I get the error, I can use my keyboard to select the "X" in the corner of the error. It goes away, and I can see the embedded canvas apps in the form, each displaying a non-functional prompt to "sign in again."
     
    On a couple (not all) of them, I was able to use my keyboard to attempt to select the "sign in" button, but it causes the app to error out with a white background and "This app isn't working. Refresh your browser or try again later."
     
    It's difficult, but possible, to work with the form. Occasionally it will show the whole-screen login error, and I can use the keyboard to tab over to the "X" and remove it.

    Thank you, all.
     
    I did the suggested to use tab key to select submit and then hitted spáce bar. Got the blank window message which was not selectable so I holded alt+clicked refresh. Now there is no sign in again message and the form shows.

    This will be causing because of CACHE in your browser. Try Ctrl+Shift+R
