Custom Button to open Advanced Lookup

Is it possible to place a custom button on the form of a model driven app that will open the Advanced Lookup modal form for a given lookup field?

    Yes you can. You show add the advanced find button with ribbon workbench and javascript uppn click to do the fixed query search.
