Timecode as Dataverse column

Hi, I'm fairly new to the Dataverse but I'd like to be able to have a column that displays timecode values e.g. 00:02:47:08

I tried having a column as a 'Whole Number'  with the format set to 'None' but it doesn't seem to work.

Any advice greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Rob

Thanks both for your replies, I'll have a look into both options. I may have to re-think my approach as timecode doesn't really relate to standard time/date and can have different frames per second so what I'm trying to achieve might be beyond my capabilities.

    Thanks,

    Rob

    Hi @RobChilds,

Another workaround is to use the new Formula (PowerFX) columns to get the time. See below as an example. You can put it in a whole number or text column.

    Hope this helps!

    Hi @RobChilds ,

There is no "time" field in Dataverse.  You could setup a date / time field and set this value as needed and then create a Text field that would be a copy of the time value only from that date field to display the time.  Not sure if this would meet your needs at this point but this is the only option I can think of to provide what you are looking for.  You coudl set this value from a Power Automate Flow or maybe from a legacy workflow as well...
