It’s not showing any message from you here.
if you want to download session conversation, you can follow the steps below:
1- Open make.powerapps.com
2- Go to Data >> Tables
3- Find a ConversationTranscript table. (You can change the view on the top if you are not finding this table)
4- Go to the Data tab
5- All transcripts of the last 30 days are there
If you want to automate it, you can use Power Automate but it’s pretty hard to do it.
I already did a similar case, I will post here as soon as possible.
