Hi,
 
I have tried to find out which exact license you need to operate the Centre of Excellence on the Power Platform. 
 
Do you need both, the Power Apps Per User and the Power Automate Per User license? Or is the Power Apps Per User license enough? 
 
Any assistance would be appreciated.
