Good day,
I'm currently in the process of trying to use the leave request template. However when I select "Make my own app" The app refreshes and comes up with errors and is non-functional. I then went to my one drive to locate the created excel file and realized that it isn't populating any data. Am I missing a step in this process? Or am I missing some permissions?

For more context, these are the sort of errors I'm getting;
I browsed through some other issues surrounding this topic and disconnected and re-added all data sources. Still did not work
This has me totally stumped as I tried a few other templates that connect this same way and they work fine. I also tried re-creating it using a sharepoint list with the same fields, got the same error. Seems to me to be an issue with the data source based on what it says but I can't imagine what it can be, would really appreciate if anyone can offer some assitance with this, thanks!

It quite difficult to customize the sample App, as the alternative, you can download a solution from Github:
