Do you want to search based on the content of the file in the attachment?
If so,I am afraid that we can only get the matedata of the attachment, and it is not available to retrieve the content of the attachment.

Sorry, Power Apps does not support this.
As I mentioned before, we could only get the metadata of an attachment, there is no way to retrieve the content of an attachment.
