    Hi @mmwindel,

It was in a SharePoint Online list with a couple of columns. Basically the flow looks up if it is a new task (start command) or an existing task (stop command) and creates or updates an list item 😁

@Expiscornovus I like your demo, could you explain how you keep track of the different/multiple tasks ? How and where do you save or store them ?

    Re: Time Tracking

I am starting from scratch. And I have seen your demo of time tracking, it is good but I need some more addition like when a user punch in to start a day the bot record the time, when punch break it stops the time, when back to work punch start again the bot record again. And when punch out it will give a daily time sheet summary like total time work and how many session.

We can also add in start the department name when punch in and also add a standup module when starts and out.

    Regards

    Thanks

    Re: Time Tracking

    Hi @FAIZ-UR-REHMAN,

    Interesting scenario 🙂

Do you already have an idea in which type of system you want to store this timesheet data in? Or are you starting from scratch?

And how do you want to interact with the user?

To give you an idea what could be possible I have created a small example.

As you can see in the animation I have created a Start and Stop options. Both actions trigger a flow which either creates or retrieves time tracking items from for example a SharePoint list.

If this close to what you are looking for I could share more detailed steps.
