Yes we have a requirement to Provide UI form take parameters, to create Fields(columns) in SQL data Table (data Base)
As of now we retrieving SQL data table data in to table(columns and rows), there they also want to UI to create a new fields from Powerapps Form.
Can we achieve this requirement using powerapps or MS flows...?
Yes we followed below link but it seems like only in form(collections) but not DataBase.
