I have a Sharepoint list (form customized with Power Apps) where my sample receipt team chooses a project manager from a people picker. I have Power Automate flows set up to notify the PM (among others on the form) via email when a sample needs attention so it can be remedied and processed.
If the PM is not known, the receipt team needs to be able to choose our established PM distribution group email address, but unfortunately, the 'people' option doesn't return any DG email addresses.
I really want to avoid maintaining a security group as a workaround, as we have a lot of PMs on the site and they already keep up with maintaining the DG just fine. We don't want multiple groups to have to keep up with containing the same list of people.
Any ideas?
