Is it possible to format Approval emails with anything else than markup? It is so archaic and frustrating. Are there any plans to improve this?
Markup doesn't event display properly in the new Teams messages.
At this point there are no other options. The problem with display is that each product group controls how the markup gets displayed. So support is difficult to arrange across multiple groups, Teams, Outlook, Office 365, mobile, etc.
