If you only have the default environment, then the Dataverse list will not give you much more detail than what you already had.
You would have other environments for production purposes. For the default environment, everyone in the organization has maker permission. So, for purposes of security (and other things), a production environment is usually wanted. Apps and flows can be deployed in a production environment and others have access to use it. But, they cannot make apps in it unless granted that permission. Why is this significant? Because your app uses data connections. If you have defined a data connection for your app in the default environment, then anyone in the org can make an app and use that data connection. So, they might be able to bypass anything your app is doing to restrict data to the user in their app. Again, if the app is in a different environment and the data connection as well, then others cannot make apps and bypass the permissions.
So where are you now...if you are not using the dataverse capabilities, then you most likely will not have any issues with the original post you made. If you want to add an additional environment or utilize dataverse, then you will need to purchase add on storage or per user/app plans to bring up the amount to first correct the shortage and then to add a new environment.
