Table - Edit Date in Excel notification of limit - Worry

I have table in teams having around 6000 records (it has 128 columns).

 

I wanted to edit the data in excel, so selected the option "Edit Data in Excel", It created Excel file in my local drive.

Open it, all was fine but display an information as below :

Later I understood that 10,00,000 (that it can refresh the data of 1 million cells only at this time).

But confused what is my situation. So selected all columns and rows and result at the bottom on the excel sheet as below

Its shows count 641,615, this means total cell selected is this. 

 

Please clarify my below doubt:

 

a) I am within the limit of refresh (based on the above images)

b) For my learning purpose, is there way to increase these limit mention in the info dailog?.

c) any video link to study and know more about this topic for future use and for confidence in datahandling

    I will agree that math doesn't seem to add up. BUT, do you really need all 6K rows and all 128 Columns to be in the sheet for this manual editing? I'd recommend just following the prompt recommendation; filter your sheet so you're only dealing with a small, manageable subset at a time.

    Dear Cchannon,

    I am new dataverse for team. 

    As we cannot edit the data in Table in teams or search data same like Share point list, so we made a file in excel via Edit-In-Excel, So that I can test, I am changes I will do and publish it.

     

    My worry in first post, Did it fetch all the data or not, as per the dailog it shows 1 million cells notice. But all count which excel is shown in the images I Posted. 

    This confirm I am in within the limit .

     

    Please confirm If I am understanding ok.

    one more question in mind for the sake of my learning (I am unable to test as it is already uploaded to dataverse)

     

    It is possible to add column in excel and click publish, so that new column can be added to the table

     

    please guide
