@gdmac1 If you remove the data sources, then try to delete the screen, and then after you delete the screen, then re-add the data sources can you delete the screen or it still won't let you delete the screen?
If removing the data source at least stops it from crashing, are you able to remove the elements from that screen one by one and then remove the screen?
Or does removing the data source either not help or, perhaps even that isn't possible in your case to remove the data source?
If you have reason to believe you should not remove the data source, even temporarily, then don't do it. Also, please export a copy of your PowerApp first as backup (although it sounds like you might want to be careful - if it's already corrupt, it may not be possible to re-import it).
Also, if you save the PowerApp as a new one (with another name) and then try the above, does that work?
If you export then re-import as "Create as New" does this attempt help?

Please start a Microsoft support ticket from your Power Platform Admin Center for this. In fact, you may want to do this right away if you are unsure that you should even try the above suggestions.
