When we deploy copilot studio on team they will show error This agent is currently unavailable. It has reached its usage limit. Please try again later.

Hi @avinash5,

There are two main reasons why this may occur and I believe it is most likely the 2nd.

1) You are on a trial license and your capped at usage (so if this previously worked in Teams and now the error is appearing).

2) You have not turned on custom agents in Teams. Go to Teams admin and check the allow custom agents.

I am also facing an issue in Copilot Studio.I have already extended my trial (30 days more).I republish the bot, it shows a “usage limit reached” error.Has anyone faced this issue? Could this be related to publishing settings or licensing even though the trial is active?

Hello @avinash5 ,

Usually, the Copilot License comes with a message pack, 1 Message pack - 25,000 messages. When your message capacity expires you will get this error. So, you need buy a message pack to add on the messages. You can check your message capacity in Power platform Admin center.
