access to a powerapp

Hi All

One of my users needs access to a Power Apps application called “Meet Zone.”
They shared the following link:
https://apps.powerapps.com/play/e/<random-guid>/a/<random-guid>?tenantId=<tenant-id>&source=teamsLinkUnfurling

When I log in to Power Apps, I’m unable to find this app. Could someone please guide me on how to locate it and provide access to the user?
I don’t have much experience with Power Apps — I’ve just started using it. I’m a Global Admin.

So if you do not see it (even as an admin)

1) you do not have the correct environment

2) they didn't share it, they simply shared the "play" url which is not the same thing, they need to add you to the app

Verify with the user the right environment

go to https://powerapps.com and log in

pick the right environment

pick Apps on the left nav

Look for Apps Shared With Me

If you don't see any of that properly they didn't share it, they sent the link to what they would use.

have them actually share it, also make sure you are a System Admin, IN the environment they are talking about. Even so, unless they share it its not gauranteed you can see it and thats on purpose.

If you don’t see it in your list of apps, it’s most likely:

- The app lives in a different environment than your default one. So check the environment access you have !

- You’re not shared on the app. Ask for access to the app !
