Hello,

Is there any way to display the records based on the logged in user in the model driven app.

Ex: The logged in user should see only records that is assigned to him.

    Hi @skolisetti ,

This is a standard in the role based permission model of model apps.  The security roles can be setup for each table to allow create, read, write, delete, share, append to, append from, assign at different levels (user, business unit, business unit and child business units, organization).

The following is a good overview (and links to a video as well) 😀https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/security-roles-privileges).

Hope this helps.  Please accept if answers your question or Like if helps in any way.

    thanks,

    Drew

    Hello @skolisetti.,

    Please find the below steps

Navigate to https://make.powerapps.com --> Click Gear Icon on Top--> Select Advance Settings --> Select Security--> go to Security Roles --> Select the Security Role Assigned to that User

As per the screenshot mentioned select the Access with User Access, so that user can see only their respective records.
