Hi Guys,

I tired to use connectors for my chatbot and somehow i realized that the connection to power automate and office connector is always either disconnected or became stale after sometime. I find that this is quite disturbing and might degrade the the user experience.
Can anyone guide me how I can prevent this disconnection?

Currently I am using my own account for the connection. shall I hook up the connection with different common account? If so what shall the setting be for this common account to get the connection stay fresh everytime?

Hi

Unfortunately this is going to happen, there is no way to complete get around it. I do not know how often or quickly it happens, but it can depend on the status of the authentication used.

Well even I accept this and to get user to keep reconnect, the connection status sometime just refused to get connected. Is quite frustrating.

I’m experiencing the same issue as well.
When triggering an agent flow from a Copilot Studio agent, the connection becomes invalid very quickly. In many cases, it does not last anywhere near the 90-day token expiration period — sometimes expiring within just a few days, and more commonly within 1–2 weeks.
None of the causes listed in the documentation below seem to apply:

Under these circumstances, it’s difficult for the agent to deliver its intended value.
Is anyone else experiencing a similar issue?
