Re-greet user after session timout

Hello,

Is there a way to re-greet a user after a session timeout? I am in the process of converting a .NET bot built using the Microsoft Bot Framework to a PVA. All of our bots have a welcome back message when a user has not messaged a bot in Teams for more than 30 minutes. I've tried looking at the documentation and other conversations on this site but I haven't found anything conclusive. I am currently using the Public Preview PVA canvas. Thanks!

Hi @Sardonyx ,

Unfortunately, no.

You can make a workaround when you have a PVA for the Web where you can build customization in your website and so on, but this is too complex.

This is now possible. You can change the trigger type on any topic, one of types available is based on Inactivity
