Syntax question - "Visible" property

Hello,

 

I only want the card "NameOfVP" to appear on the form if the value from the "DataCardValue14" choice drop-down Value is "Yes"

 

What would the syntax be for writing this Visible property? I feel like I am so close!....

    If(DataCardValue14.Selected.Value="Yes",true,false)
