Every time I try to save or publish the changes to my Power App, it just keeps loading for several minutes before returning an error. I can save the same Power App in another environment without any problems.
The error says:

When I try to import the updated solution from the environment that works, I get the error: “Solution <name> failed to import: UserId is empty guid!”
I’ve run out of ideas. I tried rolling back to a previous version of the app, and it showed a message saying the rollback was successful, but no new version appears in the version list.
Can somebody help me with this issue?
