I'm looking at using the Grant Management template in Power Apps. What licenses would I need to use this template? I will need to have the ability to edit the template and I have 2 end users who will be using the app. Will I need a Power Apps Premium license as this template has Premium features or will a free Developer license be enough? What about Dataverse? Will all 3 of us need a Dataverse license?
The end users will need premium licenses, and you can use the developer license to edit the template.
