I am considering deploying a Bot to an active channel on Teams. I want the bot to be able to answer some of the more common questions that come up but ignore all the other questions. My concern is it will reply to everything with, " Sorry I am unable to find a related topic..." Am I able to set it up to reply when the active trigger phrases are used an ignore everything else?

Yes, this is what the Fallback topic is for. You can enable it and customize how you respond to unhandled questions.
